Probiotics are live, health promoting microorganisms which are called as “good” or “helpful” bacteria for humans. They are becoming popular at current years due to the evaluation of its beneficial activities in humans. Antibiotics are the “wonder drug” to compete with pathogenic bacteria which are life-threatening to humans. Regrettably, the microbes have become resistance to some common antibiotics. Since the antimicrobial resistance are growing day-by-day the scientific community are in the need of developing an alternative source for antibiotics. Review, we present the antibacterial effects of probiotics, their usefulness to the humans and efficacy of them to be taken along the antibiotics. It also reviews the collection of research that has proved the antibacterial activity of probiotics

The initial cases of Corona Virus emerged in 2019 from the Wuhan province of China. From then on this now to be dreaded disease began to spread like wildfire. The initial few patients all lived in and around the local Huanan seafood wholesale market, where live animals were also on sale. Coronaviruses can cause multiple system infections in various animals and mainly respiratory tract infections in humans, such as severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS). Most patients have mild symptoms and good prognosis. However a few patients had severe infections leading to fatal consequences. Also the spread of this disease was very rapid leading to a pandemic situation. This article discusses the transmission of Covid 19 virus.

The small growths (known as polyps) in colon are often benign, although some have the potential to develop and become cancerous. It is estimated that up to two thirds of colorectal polyps are pre-malignant and associated with a risk of colorectal cancer (WHO, 2008). Cancers of the large and small intestine are major contributors to worldwide cancer morbidity and mortality. Out of all the cancers colon cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world. However, there are often no initial symptoms and the cancer may already have spread to other parts of the body by the time the patient is diagnosed. As a part of chemotherapy, lots of anticancer drugs are in the market, but the main problem associated with these drugs is their side effects. Because of chemotherapy treatment side effects, the patient needs secondary palliative care treatment. Plant medicines are well known for their non-toxic side effects, so the objective of the study is to develop a drug from medicinal plant against colon cancer with non-toxic side effects. It plays an important role in the discovery of lead compound for development of conventional drugs. In the present study, capsules were prepared by incorporating herbs into them and then studying them for their anti-cancer potential to establish a potent formulation

In solid dosage forms, the first opportunity for a change in crystallinity will be in the blending and milling of drug with excipient to produce a homogeneous blend. Since most of the dosage forms are solids such capsules/tablets the focus will be on the processing parameters that are operative in the production of solid dosage forms. Solution dosage forms are generally independent of the polymorphic problems. If there is a less soluble form, it will appear on temperature cycling stability testing. In solid dosage forms, the first opportunity for a change in crystallinity will be in the blending and milling of drug with excipient to produce a homogeneous blend. In the light of the results of the present study, it is concluded that the crystalline forms of the selected drugs Cefuroxime axetil and aztreonam prepared by ammonia diffusion method did not undergo any phase transition by either formulation variables or manufacturing processes as shown by no changes in their stability and essential physico-chemical properties dependent on crystalline behavior
