Among the innovative medical tools emerging in today’s world, theragnostics is found to be a remarkable tool that resolves many complicated disease conditions through a single strategy. theragnostic, a term obtained by clipping of two terms, therapeutics and diagnostics is based on the usage of one radioactive element to trace (diagnose) and second radioactive element or drug exhibiting the therapeutic effect at specific site for specific disease. This has been employed as a promising tool itself in the field of cardiology, oncology, osteology and more to discover. By this method, diagnostic biomarkers are combined with therapeutic agents using which both shares a particular target in cell or tissues of the diseased patient. Theranostic works as a magnificent tool in focusing treatment of malignancies, such as neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) and prostate cancer. Radioactive agents such as (90) Y-octreotide, (177) Lu-octreotate and 177Lu-Dotatate works by targeting carcinoid tumors, glucagonomas and gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) respectively. Furthermore, as an aid in pain alleviation for patients with osteosarcoma or complicated prostate cancer that develops to bone metastases, through incorporation of [223Ra] Cl2 citrate and Radium-223.Fludeoxyglucose(18F)-NaF and Technetium-99m bisphosphonates are supplementally employed for imaging purpose. In cases with atherosclerosis, 18F-Fluoro-deoxy-glucose (PET) positron emission tomography, (18F-FDG-PET) along with (DCE-MRI) Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI were engineered for monitoring and evaluating the delivery of L-PLP with its therapeutic efficacy. By this way, theragnostic had lead a pathway to precision medicine to cure diverse diseases in a prominent way. This review article focuses on providing sufficient collective data about theragnostic, a revolutionary medical tool that have led to noticeable approaches with well-designed nanomedicines for diverse disease management.

India is a country with a huge resources of medicinal herbs. But most of these plants are used in traditional medicine in the period of human history before there were written records. we could have a large number of natural remedies for digits of illnesses. Oldenlandia Corymbosa or diamond flower in the family Rubiaceae 240 species are distributed throughout the tropical regions of india. it is widely used in Chinese traditional practices. The phyto-constituents present in Oldenlandia Corymbosa species were identified in order to relate the presence of biological and pharmacological activities. The plant showed the presence of flavonoids, phytosterols, phenolic compounds, fixed oils, tannins, alkaloids, iridoids and carbohydrates. Important pharmacological activities such as hepatoprotective, cytotoxic, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumors, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-viral, cytotoxic and abortifacient properties were shown by researchers. The plant is used to cure skin infections, ulcers, cold, cough, bronchitis, female disorders and in various inflammations. This study will be support for further inquiries of the phytochemical and pharmacological activity on various parts Oldenlandia Corymbosa

Soaps are one of the modern day cosmetics used to maintain and enhance the vigor of skin. However general chemical soaps may cause dryness and irritation to the skin. Graphene-family nanomaterials (GFNs) have been broadly utilized in disease treatment, tissue building, and antibacterial and organic imaging due to their optical, warm, and sedate ingestion properties. At the point when utilized as medication and quality nanocarrier, the significant restrictions are collection, biocompatibility, and improper arrival of medications or qualities. To beat these issues, scientists have built up an assortment of functionalization forms. In this survey, we gathered the functionalization as per the adornment atoms, putting specific accentuation on the quality conveyance. Natural and inorganic materials came about as the significant sets to present useful segments onto graphene oxide (GO). We additionally grouped the objective atoms utilized in the GO conveyance framework, just as acquainted different systems with increment the conveyance adequacy, for example, controlled delivery and attractive focusing on. Insulin pharmacokinetics following hypodermal organization were demonstrated, reproduced, and showed through an intuitive and easy to use interface to represent the time development of regulated insulins much of the time endorsed, giving a basic apparatus to clinicians through a clear representation of insulin regimens. Pharmacokinetic information of insulin plans with various beginning and term of activity from a few clinical investigations, counting insulin glargine, steady insulin, neutral protamine Hagedorn (NPH),insulin lispro, and premixed arrangements of NPH with customary insulin (Mix 70/30),and insulin lispro protamine postponement with insulin lispro (Mix 50/50,Mix 75/25),were used to build up a prescient populace pharmacokinetic model of insulins with thought of elements, for example, insulin definition, weight-based dosing, body-weight impact on volume of appropriation, and organization time comparative with mealtimes, on the insulin time-activity outline

The Regulatory Affairs section guarantees that their businesses are in compliance with all applicable rules and legislation. Internally, it communicates throughout the development, manufacturing, marketing, and clinical research phases of a medication. It serves as the company's primary contact with regulatory authorities on the outside. Cancer is the uncontrolled and abnormal development of bodily cells. The chemotherapeutic drug must be able to kill or limit the development of cancerous cells selectively. As a result, the approval procedures for these medicines must be consolidated. The current research intends to conduct a comparative analysis of the dossier preparation and submission procedure in the United States and European Union countries, as well as to comprehend regulatory rules in the medication approval process. Although there were major changes in the approval applications, the process for applying for approval in the US and the EU remained the same. The approval procedure took about the same amount of time. In the United States, new anticancer medicines were authorised at a rate of more than 90%, while in the European Union, it was more than 80%. The majority of the new anticancer medicines were approved first in the United States, while the European Union lagged af

A pill was originally defined as a small, round, solid pharmaceutical oral dosage form of medication. Today, pills include
tablets, capsules, and variants thereof like caplets — essentially, any solid form of medication colloquially falls into the pill
category. An early example of "pills" came from Ancient Rome. They were made of the zinc carbonates hydrozincite and
smithsonite. The pills were used for sore eyes, and were found aboard a Roman ship.Relitto Del Pozzino which wrecked in
140 BC. However, these tablets were meant to be pressed on the eyes, not swallowed. A caplet is a smooth, coated, ovalshaped medicinal tablet in the general shape of a capsule. Many caplets have an indentation running down the middle so
they may be split in half more easily. Since their inception, capsules have been viewed by consumers as the most efficient
method of taking medication. For this reason, producers of drugs such as OTC analgesics wanting to emphasize the strength
of their product developed the "caplet", a portmanteau of "capsule-shaped tablet", in order to tie this positive association to
more efficiently-produced tablet pills, as well as being an easier-to-swallow shape than the usual disk-shaped tablet
